The full name of each attendeeSeats will be reserved with name tags in the seating arrangement. If you are ordering multiple tickets, you must provide the names of all participants.After receiving the billing details, payment must be made within 7 days; otherwise, your email request will be cancelled. Ticket sales will be open until August 25, 2025, or until tickets sell out. The number of tickets is limited!Your ticket with your table number can be picked up in the morning at the event venue or according to the organizer’s instructions.
The organizer pays for the catering in advance based on a pre-invoice. Therefore, after August 25, 2025, tickets are non-refundable.
